Our Returns & Refunds Policy — Handcrafted with Love, Handled with Care
At MRvellaStylo, every piece of jewellery is a masterpiece, crafted with love by skilled Indian artisans. Each item you receive carries the spirit of craftsmanship, and with it, tiny imperfections that add to its unique beauty and charm.
While we hope you fall in love with every purchase, we understand that sometimes, things may not go as planned. Here's everything you need to know about our Returns, Exchanges, and Credit Note Policy:
Exchange & Credit Note Policy
✨ Please note: MRvellaStylo does not accept returns or refunds once an order is placed. However, we happily offer exchanges and credit notes under certain conditions — ensuring you never miss out on owning something you truly adore!
- If you're not satisfied with a product, you can request a replacement within 3 working days of receiving your order.
- The product must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 working days (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a store credit (valid for 3 months) after deducting the shipping charges.
- To initiate an exchange, simply email us at mrvella.stylo@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return within 3 working days.
- Please note: Sale items (Clearance Sale, Milestone Sale, Birthday Sale) are not eligible for exchanges or credit notes.
When Can You Return a Product?
MRvellaStylo accepts returns only in the following scenarios:
- You received a wrong product.
- The product was damaged upon arrival (An unboxing video is mandatory for validation).
In such cases:
- Please email mrvella.stylo@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
- Attach your Order ID and clear photos of the received product.
- Requests made after 2 days will not be entertained.
- If you wish us to arrange a return pickup, a fee of ₹150 will be applicable.
Important Things to Keep in Mind:
- Items sent back without prior email communication will not be accepted.
- Coupon codes are not applicable on exchange orders or credit notes.
- Credit notes cannot be used on sale items.
- Purchases from third-party websites or physical stores are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Missing items or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
For Our International Customers
- Refunds are applicable only for lost shipments.
- No exchanges are possible for international orders.
- In case of damaged or incorrect products, raise the issue within 2 days of delivery along with an unboxing video to be eligible for a refund.
No Refunds or Exchanges Available For:
- Pre-orders or customized orders.
- Used products.
- Minor color/design variations due to screen settings or handcrafted nature.
- Incorrect or outdated addresses.
- Failed deliveries after 3 attempts.
- Delays due to natural calamities or emergencies.
- Duties, taxes, or customs charges — these are the customer's responsibility.
In case a refund is approved (very rare and only under strict conditions) refund will be process in 5 working days, only the product value will be refunded — shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Please note:
- Orders containing pre-orders or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- If an order is cancelled before shipping, a Credit Note (not a refund) will be issued.
